It is locally roasted, and they are proud to serve all local items if possible! I know they use the Farmers Cow products for all milk and eggs! Your bagels are so wonderful, I don't think I've had a better one lately. They definitely rival NYC Bagels. They are so cushiony soft, but still with this wonderful bagel gum! Your breakfast sandwiches are so amazing, with a huge pillow of scrambled eggs, carefully with all that toppings you want my personal favorite, is cheese, fresh spinach and tomatoes!!! And now to her panini! You are absolutely wonderful. Crispy, hot, crispy and filled with the best products you can find. You only use Boars head products and you can taste the difference. Everything is almost cut to order! My favorite sandwich is the Cucker, which is chicken, horse-radish sauce, Swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, salad and tomatoes! It's absolutely amazing. And the kitchen was a bit slow in the past, but they are really fast! Your weekend is also absolutely amazing. Love this place, the ambience, the atmosphere, the comfortable chairs, and just the wonderful place to sit, read a book and enjoy your cup of coffee. I can't wait until spring comes when we can sit outside and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the Hebron Center.
