This is one of my favorite Sky Clubs. CVG used to be a Delta hub, so it’s much larger than you might expect given the number of flights coming in and out of the airport each day. I've never had any trouble finding a seat, and there are excellent views of the tarmac. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the food is fantastic as well! View all feedback.
What Clemens Abernathy doesn't like about Delta Sky Club:
A huge lounge, but it's very open. A lot of items need renovation... Like rusty tables. They have some old cubicles that look like they used to have phones in them. Food had been sitting out for awhile and was pretty dry. Bar was tiny, but it looked like it has self-serve wine on tap. Bathrooms weren't significantly different than general airport bathrooms, but they were clean. My favorite part is the latte machine th... View all feedback.
Great lounge. The place was relaxing and the food and service is amazing
I was very disappointed at the Delta Sky Lounge in Cincy. The food was tasteless. The seats are uncomfortable. The staff only cared for certain people I was overcome, looked five times when the people I was sitting with were asked to see if they were okay. Not even a look in my direction.
Amazing lounge with plenty of space. Friendly workers and wide range of foods. I recommend this Sky Club!
New. Spacious. Clean and well ordered. The new Sky Club in SLC belongs to my Faves. Love the outdoor terrace and the two food lines and bars. Many different seat configurations and self checkin. The food is solid. Many options and in line with Delta's current food offer in other clubs in the USA. But it's Utah, so don't ask for a double. Haha It is clean and shiny, but it is still over with travelers. I swear it doubled in capacity and doubled in the inmates. Still loves it and enjoys my time there.
A colleague invited me to join them in the Delta Sky Club prior to our flight and based on the stories that were shared I obliged. I was unpleasantly surprised that the atmosphere of the terminal was more welcoming than this exclusive Sky Lounge. Instead of being welcomed, both attendants interrogated me, starting with questions related to boarding pass and whether I had a Delta credit card and didn't mention why either was necessary. They did not offer the opportunity to purchase a guest pass with a non-Delta card, and insisted my colleague use their Amex to purchase my guest pass, which was conflicted with the past conversation. I've been on the fence about enrollment into their program to receive these benefits and this experience helped me decide.I'm hopeful the Sky Lounge can improve their customer service and more importantly their basic communication skills with guests. Overall this was a very strange interaction and would not recommend this establishment to colleagues.
