The staff are very helpful and friendly. Oleg, one of the employees, is wonderful and knows how to take care of customers. The music is fantastic and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place.

(review copied from my wife, as I witnessed the whole situation) Went for a hen party with a group of friends on the 14th of September, in the end there was a m... read more (review copied from my wife, as I witnessed the whole situation) Went for a hen party with a group of friends on the 14th of September, in the end there was a massive confusion to pay, the staff is awfully unprepared, I had to pay much more than I consumed just so we could finally leave (after 40 minutes discussion). My friends who live in Jerusalem told me that every time they have the same problem. The manager (I believe he was the manager) was very rude dealing with the whole situation, he could simply try to explain what happened and come with a solution, but simply blamed his software, which honestly as a customer it 's not really my problem. When I said I was going to put the whole situation on social media he looked at me and said 'you 're not from here. '. As if Jerusalem wasn 't a major touristic place. I believe that as they have some open bar deals and it seams they overcharge to try to get advantage of who drank too much and don 't remember what they consumed. Terrible disclosure for such a great night.
