Taco Bell - Heber Springs

Staff and management are working hard and engaged. You never hesitate to fix an error when it happens and the food is always fresh. Best Taco bell. Love it

The staff were friendly, but the new chicken taco/sandwich was quite disappointing. It seems like Taco Bell has run out of ideas; all they seem to do is slather everything in chipotle sauce. Personally, I'm not a fan of that. This menu item consists of chicken and chipotle sauce wrapped in flatbread. I opted to switch to avocado ranch, but there was an extra charge for that, which didn't seem worth it at $2.49. The taco is really dry without any sauce, and I believe they could have at least included some salad and cheese. That’s just my two cents.

My wife and I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent and very attentive— they even repeated our order back to us to confirm everything. As for the food, let me tell you about the chicken quesadilla. You know how some can be all floppy and soggy? Not this one! It was perfectly cooked, not burnt at all, just incredibly delicious! I was so impressed that I spent a good three minutes showing it off to my wife before I dug in. This place definitely stands out compared to other Taco Bells. We will definitely be back!
