Kfc - Heber Springs

They never have chicken ready. It's always a 30 to 40 min wait. And expect you to sit in drive thru with car running. How can you sell chicken and always be out? Maybe you should reduce price to customers who have to wait in drive thru to off set gasspent waiting

The night manager is rude as can be plus they seem to be unapologetically out of chicken on a regular basis..... I used to love this KFC but the quality of employees especially management has gone way down.... maybe the manager here needs to spend lesstime on the weird hair colors and more time on her customer service skills

I was disappointed with my experience at KFC today. I ordered a 3-piece meal and a chicken sandwich, and to my surprise, four customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. I would understand if I had ordered something out of the ordinary, but it was all chicken.

I ordered chicken tenders through the drive-thru around 7:00, and they were old. I also requested extra crispy tenders but received the original instead because the car in front of me took all the extra crispy ones. I'm not sure how that happened since that vehicle had already pulled forward to wait for their food, and there was only one car in front of me. I ended up waiting 10 minutes in line with no progress. The store seems poorly managed—there were no timers on the food, and I should mention there were no other cars in the parking lot during what should have been peak business hours. Don't waste your time; you will likely be disappointed.

I decided to give them another chance after my last experience, but unfortunately, they let me down again. We ordered for three people, specifically the combo for the mac and cheese bowls, and it took 30 minutes to arrive. When the food finally came, it was hardly warm. I am probably not going to return.
