loved the restaurant setting. my only problem is that they had no appetizers that would be vegan, vegetarian. most dinge on the menu were meat. I have the cauliflower steak that was delicious and the sweet. I would have liked to see a nice salad among the appetizers, instead I have it on my main course teller with all the others. very overwhelming with so much on my teller that it disturbs the presentation of food. t... What User doesn't like about The Lakehouse At Deer Creek:
I was frankly a little disappointed given the outstanding reviews it got. It was worth a try but I wouldn’t go back. I thought it was overpriced for what we ordered. Additionally, it was our anniversary and even though they were made aware of that it would have been a nice touch on their part to acknowledge that in some way. View all feedback.
The food and drinks were on par for fine dining and they offered a very unique entrée selection with a variety of veggies and proteins. The service was great and knowledgeable and the ambiance was fantastic for a casual, cold, winter evening out! We will be visiting again to try other menu option!
Beautiful art and wise to experience “Utah Cuisine”

Our second visit at the lakehouse in deer creek was just as delicious and unforgettable as the first. I love that this restaurant specializes in meat that are not found on most menus. my canine gnocchi was delicious, as my man bison meat leaf. saving a space for dessert is a must. the tingly pear cake was not disappointed. I think the prices are appropriate for the meat types. the menu also noted that there is a 9 -% surcharge because the restaurant is located in a park. I'm glad to support our parks on such a delicious way. there is a child menu, but I think it is more of a date night, or special occasion restaurant. if the sitter breaks off, however, there is a practical safe option available. children will not feel involuntary. the staff was very attentive and friendly. we will definitely return.
New find and worth the drive. We got to experience local specialties. It's a short drive from the resorts. Don't miss the turnoff. You'll be happy you didn't. My daughter is vegetarian and was happy. My husband tried the provision pie with boar for the first time. I had a generous filet. Good service, good food, good choice
