Ritual Chocolate Factory Cafe

I just went to a Ritual Chocolate cafe in Heber. I’ve been prob 30 times before. I asked the woman if the WiFi had changed. She looked at me, “I don’t know.”I asked her if she could find out.She went out back, asked around, 5 min later came out and said, “yes it changed but the password is not available- we don’t know it”The worst part is, she was really rude.Clearly she and the pink elephant ritual team do not want us to go there and work over a cup of coffee. Wonder why because there’s never anyone there? It’s not like they have a space issue…I left.

Really good coffee. Mocha is top notch, one of the few places that uses real chocolate. it’s not syrupy.

This place is amazing. The smell of chocolate when you walk in is intoxicating. So many options of delicious high quality dark chocolate bars, with seasonal flavors and collaborations with distilleries like High West. The cafe also serves Pink Elephant Coffee, which is locally roasted and is so so good. We had the sipping chocolate flight which was incredibly flavorful and varied this is a selection of single origin chocolates with different tasting notes, not flavored chocolate and not at all your standard hot chocolate.

Just delicious and unique! Anytime I'm in the Salt Lake City area, I take the lovely drive up Provo Canyon for a stop here. Chocoletier and coffeehouse. When you get a Mocha, you have a choice of a variety of gourmet specialty chocolate. I also ordered the 2 oz sipping chocolate. Incredibly rich, can taste the different notes and layers of flavor. Shared the matcha strudel, rich and delicious. The team member who helped us was very friendly and kind. Great experience!!! Oh...and taste the chocolate ? bars and buy one. You won't regret it!! They also have an events room.
