Star Inn - Heathfield

Had another beautiful lunch at The Star in Heathfield. Food as always amazing and service great . Sue and her team always do whatever they can to make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend

What a fantastic pub! Tucked away on the back roads of Heathfield, this warm, cozy, yet stylish little spot offers a great selection of local beers and a wonderful atmosphere complete with soft, romantic lighting and a welcoming fire. To top it all off, the food is absolutely sensational. I had the lobster and shrimp, both of which were cooked to perfection. I also sampled the venison burgers that my friend ordered, and they were delicious as well. The portions were generous and filled with quality.

I should have visited this establishment sooner, but I always drove past it since the road seems to lead nowhere. It turns out that was a significant mistake on my part. This charming pub has a wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome. The menu looks fantastic, although I didn’t have a chance to try the food this time. I plan to return with my family to fully experience everything the menu has to offer. The staff was courteous and attentive, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely spot to relax with a cozy drink, and perhaps sample some of the food. I hope this helps others choose a delightful place to unwind.
