Sunday October 2 2022. I've learned my lesson from this place. It's not the first timechicken is stale and dried out. What a disappointment when I was so hungry. NEVER again. I had called Friday evening inqui... read more Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78. I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon), I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone. I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00. Sara was very sweet and friendly. When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly. When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.
