I called in because I couldn't get my app to work and told them I wanted wings crispy and meatballs cooked longerand he tried telling me I don't know what I ordered because it was not on the order, now keep in mind I had points for this which made it free , so I spent alot of money with them, also I ordered 2 pizzas last week and didn't say a word that they had no taste it was like eating cardboard so I will never sp... I have been a long time customer and I loved their olive oil pizza. Lately it has come not at all like it should with appearance or flavor. My fiancée gets a meaty version when we order and his has been just the same. I'm not sure how you take all the flavor out of pepperoni and other ingredients but this store does. Also when you speak to management they seem to have more than a working relationship, or maybe not. But you can't get any satisfaction speaking to them directly which is why I'm reviewing here now. And we are great tippers. So that's not the problem.
This location always has very friendly staff and makes great pizza. I have never had a bad experience when ordering delivery/carry-out or when dining in.
Good food but delivery is very slow and the pizza was
Ordered pizza and had a free coupon but was charged $45 and told just use the coupon next time. Then was charged again $25 for some reason and now I’m out $70. Called 3 times and giving the run around and hung up on. But hey lawyers are perfect for this kind of fraud! Bout to own a donatoes!
The doors were locked at 11:30 am. Posted sign said open at 11:00. I called the store and she stated that the doors were not locked. She never came out to check and see if we could get in. Wee even walked back just to double check. We went to Chipotle instead right beside Donatos. They weren’t locked.
