Applebee's Grill - Heath

Tonight was the best experience I've ever had with a applebee. eating was amazing with good portions, the waitress was super busy, but a sweet heart. I wish every time it was like tonight.

I ordered bourbon steak and fries.NO GARLIC POTATOES.Steak to be cooked medium well.French fries in leau garlic potatoes. I had driven 300 miles and stopped for dinner. I got steak rare and effing garlic potatoes. I called restaurant and the only person who would answer was new orders please. Tried to make my problem known and they said call back and talk to manager. 3 damn calls later took my dinner and thru it in garbage as no manager would answer call. This was there order ahead and pick up program. Got there and no one came to car. Wife went in and they were waiting. Only gave them a two because I think any less should be grounds to close them. Food was awful. Wife's salad was mostly wilted lettuce.YUCK!!!!!

The host tried to ask us to find another restaurant due to 30 min wait. Was busy granted. Boyfriend found long black hair in his dish still waiting for refill on my drink. Granted is a busy Friday night. But bad experience from start

Complete garbage I have went 3 times in the last month and a 1/2. I honestly don't think I will ever go again and waste my money I should have went to longhorns longhorns please anyone go in for anything besides chicken tortilla soup go to long horns Or tumbleweeds save your money and time. My list of issues are too long to list.

Food was ok. Took quite a while and waitress was M.I.A most of our time here. It really wasn't busy but still took us 25 minutes after we were all finished to get our bill.
