Driving through a small town and this was conveniently located right off the highway. While it had a very basic look with very little atmosphere, it was actually very tasty food. The ladies were all very pleasant and polite. The hard shell and also soft tacos were very good sized and packed with flavor. The salsa had a little kick to it with very homemade taste. What Payton Duvall doesn't like about Amigos Mexican:
This place has gone down hill hard. I used to come here a lot and really enjoyed the food. It’s been about 8 months since I’ve come here and man am I disappointed. The place was very dirty. Floors unswept, most of the tables full of plates, and the ones without plates hadn’t been wiped down. Two customers made loud comments about trying to find clean table to sit at. One employee just stood around on their phone when there was obviously cleaning to do. The chips were mostly stale. My chicken enchiladas were cold. The menu shrunk and has a lot less options. I did not enjoy my meal at all. Also, the prices went up. Mary’s El Alamo down the street is ten times better! I will NOT be coming back to this restaurant.

The ladies were all very pleasant and polite. The hard shell and also soft tacos were very good sized and packed with flavor. The salsa had a little kick to it with very homemade taste. I would say that the only small downfall was that the chips were not fresh tasting. But the tacos made up for it. P.S. The bathrooms were clean! Parking: You pulled directly from road into a fairly good sized lot.
Certainly! Please provide the original restaurant review you'd like me to rewrite.
