My wife and I did the Healdsburg Farmers Market cooking class hosted by Donna and her amazing team at Relish. We learned so much talking to the vendors at the market, then walked to the location across the street to make the most amazing meal. I learned so much more in the ~4 hours about food, cooking, and farming than I expected to. Thank you to Donna and the Relish team for an amazing afternoon together. I highly r... View all feedback.
We had a great time at the annual 'gingerbread house ' event at Relish. Our 11 and 18 year old grandsons decorated a gingerbread house from the supplied kit and decorated it with the supplied candy. We 'll be back next year for sure!
The mushroom foray and 4 course luncheon that followed was everything that was promised. A great bunch of participants from near and far Searched high and low for the wild mushrooms, finding many with knowledgeable guides always nearby to help ID the findings. A delicious lunch paired with wine was waiting for Everyone upon the return to Relish. The preparation of all courses and mushroom ingredients was presented and explained in great detail. All in all, a very satisfying experience that I whole heartedly recommend Michael Rappaport Cloverdale, CA

Overall great experience and team bonding exercise for a company event. Loved that we were able to check out the Grapeseed art gallery while the food was cooking. When we returned the classroom set up was turned into a dining set up decorated with flowers.Wine was flowing and they accommodated for the vegetarians.I just wasn't a fan of how we students cooked the food. Maybe we didn't follow instructions and under salted? My favorites were the bacon wrapped asparagus, which were waiting for us at Grapeseed. For dinner, i enjoyed the salad, followed by the mushrooms in the chicken meal, and the strawberry dessert was absolutely delicious. My chicken and frittata were both under salted but this i believe is fault to the students.
The mushroom hunting (foraging) trip was a blast. The team is amazing and you will learn a lot about mushrooms!
