I rated the rooms low because the ac doesn't go above 22 degrees and all the plug points are on the dressing table, none by the beds. That was frustrating.

The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, set on a large property with a big pool and ponds with fountains and a Helicopter pad. The food was good, and enjoya... read more The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, set on a large property with a big pool and ponds with fountains and a Helicopter pad. The food was good, and enjoyable. Wi-Fi was unavailable in the rooms. I did not enjoy the location which was situated in the busy messy town. To get to the Kruger Park was a tedious drive through the town, and quite a way to get to the closest Kruger Park gate.

I can't remember all the name... read more Stayed over for one night on business trip. you have an incredible hotel. What makes it more special is your staff are incredible. I can't remember all the names but they were all great. Confidence and Muriel stood out like shining stars. I have to make a special mention to your chef. The food was world class and honestly one of the best main dishes I have ever had. Creme Brûlèe that belongs in a Michelin star restaurant. Well done. You will see us again!
