One small criticism: There are no identified vegetarian or vegan dishes on the menu. As a vegan, I was a little discouraged, but our server recommended the pasta primavera (not on the menu), which was filled with vegetables and garlic/olive oil sauce (aioli); it was excellent, with enough left over for three more meals. The chef very kindly fixed up some fruit for me for dessert, and my husband's and my dinner was very satisfactory. Thanks so much. Diane Schnaars
Went to lunch to celebrate a friends birthday. We were able to sit at a table overlooking a breathtaking view of the landscape. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing and cordial. The menu has a great variety of choices to accommodate ones food preferences. Looking forward to returning.
Wonderful food and beautiful view. much more beautiful than I expected. I have the feeling that the weeping list is limited.
Valentine's Day dinner, we were very happy with our meal.
Both my spouse and I enjoyed our meal times. the portion sizes were more than sufficient. the chicken breast was very delicate, moist and tasty. we sat on a table next to the window wall. the lookout was spectacular!
The Top of the 80's restaurant offers a beautiful view of the valley along with a variety of menu options. While some diners found the prices to be a bit high for certain dishes, the overall food quality and service received high praise. The atmosphere was described as elegant and the live music added to the ambiance. Despite some minor criticisms such as lack of vegetarian options on the menu and not guaranteeing window tables for all reservations, the majority of guests expressed satisfaction with their experience, making this a recommended dining choice for special events or casual outings.

Went here for dinner on Wed July 31st at 6pm. What could of been a nice experience was ruined by the rudest host Ive ever been in contact with. He had black pants, a flowered shirt a black mask. The restaurant was 75% empty. After he sat us at a table outside the main dining area (that was unbearably hot), we asked if we could sit at one of the 3 empty tables by the window. He was immediately annoyed irritated and said no. He lied and said they were reserved. He then dropped the menus on a different the table walked away. I had to ask for a wine menu because he didn't give us one. This is the HOSPITALITY industry employees like that will kill a business as we have never felt so unwelcome. We spent 120 on 2 salads, 2 glasses of wine chicken tenders. We would never return based on this experience that the host created. Save your and go somewhere where people actually treat you like a guest.
Went there for my brother in law's funeral brunch the food was good being with my family
Great dining experience at “Top of the 80’s” during a business trip. Prompt seating, gorgeous view, great variety on menu, fabulous server “Lexi”, hot and fresh food, in a more traditional setting. I had the Turkey dinner and it was hot, fresh, and perfect. Just when I thought I was done, I opted for the cheesecake which was amazing, and big enough for two. Last thought . . . Value!! Prices weren’t outrageous.
Easy on and off I-81. Delicious food Large portions Chef prepared- nothing microwaved Amazing view! The restaurant is a bit dated, but everything else is wonderful. We will stop again!
I really enjoyed the music in both the dining room and on the terrace. The portion of chicken parmesan was huge, and my friend who loves liver and onions also enjoyed his dish!

My ladies golf group has been coming here for about 5 years. This past Wednesday was a bit disappointing. I had called and specifically asked for the separate windowed room for the 10 of us at 4pm. I was told it was fine but since they had another party scheduled for 6pm we would need to be finished quickly. No problem. We got there and were told the 6pm group pushed up their timeframe and we would be seated elsewhere. Why wasn’t that group told they could not push their timeframe up? Why were we automatically relegated elsewhere? It was a nice table next to a window, so ok. But I felt as if we were given the bum’s rush drink orders were taken with dinner orders. Hardly had time to sit and enjoy a drink when dinner came. Some of our water glasses were clearly dirty and some bread/butter plates had food stuck on them. No complaints about food and our server was very good. Overall I don’t classify this as an upscale restaurant .. disappointed this time . Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Wonderful food and beautiful views. Much nicer than I had expected. I did feel the wine list was limited.
Valentine's Day dinner, we were very pleased with our meal.
Both my spouse and I enjoyed our meals. The portion sizes were more than adequate. The chicken breast was extremely tender, moist and delicious. We sat at a table next to the wall of windows. The view was spectacular!
We had. Table by the window to see the lights in the valley! Our waiter was wonderful. We were in now rush and he let us enjoy our wine and food. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Very tasty and a good portion.

Fantastic food and service! Steak was perfectly cooked, portions are generous and our server, Jody R, was GREAT! She has such a friendly, lively personality and we really enjoyed chatting with her. Prices are really reasonable...a bottle of wine, appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert was only around $115. We will definitely return!
We are traveling from Ohio and stumbled upon this dining venue on a Saturday evening. Fantastic in every way. Excellent food, wait staff, and atmosphere. The live music made it extra special because the artist was very talented and played to the gueststastes. Would make this place a regular if we lived around here. And the view…stunning!
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this place. We only had about an hour to spend. As we were approaching this place the sunset was stunning! We pulled in and asked if we could just grab a cocktail and head out to watch the sunset. Thebartender was happy to oblige! We sat outside and watched the sun go down. Very relaxed, wonderful place just a few minutesfrom our home. Highly recommend!
Excellent food and service wit spectacular views!
