Apparently if the oven gets full they just take the phone off the hook . Called these people for an hour straight I guess they expect me to order a pizza in person , sit in an alleyway in hazleton or drink my life away while I wait for a pie. When i’m looking for a place to satisfy my hunger senapes tavern is the place to go. The pizza is so good i have it two to three days a week!!! One of the last good things left in Hazleton and i would give this place a go if you haven’t already. If you already had their food then you know what i’m talking about!!! (Ps: The round roman with sausage will change your life)
Great pizza! Amazing house bread, friendly atmosphere, very good Italian food.
Take a walk back in time to 1933. This place is a GEM. Small intimate bar and seating for 15. The phone rings non stop and the bartenders chirp orders into a microphone to the kitchen. Beer is fresh and ice cold and a steady stream of people come and go getting Pitza to go. We got a 12 cut half schamutz/Romano and half sausage hot peppers. The schamutz is flavorful and fresh tomatoes and pairs perfectly with the aged Romano. The sausage it shaved and the hot peppers have the right amount of spice and brine. Senapes in THE TRUTH.
