This is a lovely establishment. It is not easy to find a nice lunch spot in Hazleton, it feels like a little escape from the city. I originally intended to go to the Dragonfly Cafe, but it was closed. Luckily, I stumbled upon a charming bakery/deli along the road. Despite their limited selection, they were kind enough to make me a chicken salad salad. It was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I only wish I didn't have to eat gluten-free so I could try some of their tempting pastries.
This bakery and deli is top-notch! The grilled sausage and dirt sandwich is amazing, and all of their meals are excellent. It's definitely worth the trip from Harrisburg.
This is the best deli pizza I have ever had. The baked goods and lunch options are also fantastic. Be sure to call ahead and reserve their pizza - they will thank you later when they sell out early!
My parents always went to carmen when they came to hazelton. the deli was closed at 2 but we need to try some bakery products that were delicious. there are some tables where they can have a place. they also have some non-food items for sale around the load.
Fantastic. This bakery and deli are top-notch. The grilled Sausage and Schmutz sandwich is unmatched. The food overall is superb. Definitely worth the drive from Harrisburg.
