Food was awful..waiter didn’t know what he was doing either

The service was abdominal, it took forever to get served and once we were we needed to send back our drinks several times. The food we ordered didn't come out correctly. We had to ask over and over again for water, napkins, ketchup, soy sauce, etc. We asked several times for additional wasabi and ginger, it never came. Then they had the nerve to put a gratuity on our bill, while telling us some of the meals were in special, and we should really tip on the full bill! These new owners don't want to be in the restaurant business, why? When we asked to speak to a manager, no one came. It's unfortunate as it used to be our go to place

There is a varied menu and many beers and wines you can choose from. The service was fast and the atmosphere was very lively.

Every so often I go back to The Park Tap and Grill, hoping that the food will be better, but it never does. It's okay... but not great. My husband and I ordered the same salad he came on a plate and mine came in a bowl. Both had too much dressing. That means the service is reliable.

The Park Tap and Grill offers a wide variety of cuisine, including sushi, dinner entrees, and burgers. While the service can be inconsistent, the food quality is a mixed bag; some dishes are delicious and flavorful, while others fall short. The restaurant boasts friendly staff and specials like bison and duck entrees, half-price entrees on Mondays, and free kids meals on Tuesdays. The restaurant ambiance may be lacking, but the food presentation is beautiful and exciting. Overall, The Park Tap and Grill offers a decent dining experience with room for improvement.

I occasionally return to The Park Tap and Grill, hoping for improvement in the food, but unfortunately it always falls short. The quality is average, not exceptional. My husband and I both ordered the same salad, but his was served on a plate while mine came in a bowl. Both portions had excessive dressing. However, the service is consistently reliable.

The restaurant is pretty run down. The booth bench seats were worn and ripped. There is no attempt at creating ambience, just a plain unadorned table in a brightly lit room. Our server seemed like she didn't want to be here. Our cocktails were boring. Just when we were regretting our choice of restaurants we were served our dinners. The food presentation was beautiful and exciting. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and delicious. The veal dish was imaginative and tasted wonderful. It seems the chef is the only person interested in providing a legendary dining experience. It's a shame there were so many detractors to our experience since the food was so good. We won't be returning.

Sushi was just OK I like my sushi to be chilled. $18 antipasti appetizer was awful! (cut up pickles... really ?)Hoodlums in the parking lot a little disconcerting. Took the grandchildren to dinner there. I hate giving bad reviews, but we felt ripped off by the obvious lack of quality.
