We asked for an accommodation that other KFCs... read more This place really needs a new staff. I had probably my worst KFC experience in 30 years. Went on a Sunday evening. We asked for an accommodation that other KFCs have done, got charged for the accommodation, but did not receive it and instead had to listento a staff member complain about it. If you can't do something just let the customer know and don't charge them extra for it.While that was going on the staff members were using inappropriate language that could be heard by the customers. One staffmember had something hot spilled on them and the register ran out of change for another customer. I have never seen suchdisorder and unprofessionalism at a fast food restaurant and that's saying a lot. Please hire a staff that at least respects andappreciates their customers. On many other occasions we have had mistakes in our orders too.

A guy ordered 3 drumsticks $10, he walked out the door. Coleslaw is a chopped salad, very different from shredded. Potatoes and gravy is good.
