I am a regular customer at the Dunkin' in Hazlet, NJ, on Route 36. As a decaf coffee drinker, I've noticed that 9 out of 10 times, my coffee is either not fresh or almost stale. Each time I place my order, I ask if the decaf is fresh, and I’m always assured that it is, but it rarely is. Additionally, I find it frustrating that a medium coffee with oat milk and caramel costs over $2.78. View all feedback.

I went there this morning and I ordered an iced tea and the iced tea was sour no matter how much sugar I added to it it was awful literally the worst I've ever had from Dunkin' donuts if I could give zero Stars I
I’m curious why, on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., the doors were locked and I couldn’t enter the lobby. I drive a large truck and can’t fit through the drive-thru, which seems like a great way to lose customers. I grew up in this area, and because of this inconvenience, I won’t be returning to that restaurant again. Poor management!
This is one of the nicer D/Donuts shops. Counter people very friendly smiling and made my coffee just perfect! Pleasant people in the morning set off your whole day attitude. Very clean shop,important to me!!
Drive thru was quick. My order has always been correct and fresh.
