Absolutely excellent service great food, and now that I know that they deliver I will be using/ordering more often from them

Everything was fine. The order was correct. I got my tea. I ordered from other Gem's on Door Dash they always for get my tea.

I ordered eggs over easy and they were a little over cooked with rye toasted and I didn't receive my bread.

They couldn't find my order and the manager was extremely rude about it.

I love Gems. Really have ever been disappointed with them until today. What I ordered was nowhere near worth what I paid for it. What I ordered what correct however some of the special instructions weren't followed (asked for bagels toasted they weren't). The sandwich I ordered was $9 and I could have made it better myself for a fraction of the price.
