Taco Bell - Hazlehurst

Horrible place to eat. Ordered a Mexican pizza, was asked if I wanted beans or beef. When I told the cashier that I thought both came on it, she replied “not at this location.” Which is crazy because I’ve gotten a Mexican pizza there before. I also ordered a chicken sandwich, to which I was told that if I ordered kfc and Taco Bell, it would have to be on Separate tickets. Which again is confusing seeing this isn’t the first time that be ordered here. At the window they charged my card for a completely different amount than what was on my receipt and pulled me down to wait on my order, which was cold when they brought it out. Drink was wrong, the cashier said they didn’t have the drink I ordered so they gave me the next closest thing. WEIRD! And apparently they don’t give out forks for the Mexican pizzas. And your only allowed one sauce packet.

I sat in line 14 minutes to order. First person drove off and went to McDonald's second person ordered third person drove off and then me. Several cars behind me drove off. My ticket says 4:01. I finally drove off at 4:26. I was asked to pull forward and waited 15 minutes. After which I went in and was told that the taco bell server had just got there. I saw her being dropped off while I was waiting in line. I asked for refund and was ignored and told she was almost trough. Other customer came to the door to come in and dine. I went to help them with door and it was locked. They came around to the drive through door which I had entered and the workers started to yell at them that they were only serving through the drive thru. I had scene people leave the dining area while I was there in the drive thru line and gentleman that I waited and never got food. I cannot believe how rude and unapologetic the servers were. In all I waited more than 35 minutes.

Manager in the window didn't listen to a word of my order then handed me the wrong drink, and food not how I ordered it. Had to go back in for napkins and a straw where I saw her sitting down on her phone. Setting a very bad precedence. Maybe it was because she was sick and coughing a lot. Idk but I am thankful she wore a mask. The cook didn't know what toppings came on the order either but at least he was nice. So to sum up, between management not being able to take a very simple order... including getting the drink wrong (mtn dew sounds nothing like pepsi) and line workers not knowing the menu this was a terrible visit. The food was amazing when I finally got it right and I was nice to the cook cuz he was nice to me. If youre sick don't come to work. Especially if you have an attitude AND can't take a simple 3 item order.

This place is a joke no straws with our drinks orders a beefy, five layer burrito they gave me a taco shell full of meat and the tacos had more meat than the burrito! Rude drive three person kept rolling eyes at us

Was out of lids for the soda. Missed the main burrito in one of our boxes.
