I have always enjoyed eating krystal but me my family went through the drive-thru the other night had 2 sit wait to only get French fries warmed up in the microwave(not fresh cooked)!! That's all my child will eat so I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! View all feedback.

Very disappointed! I ordered thru drive thru. I asked for chili cheese fries but was given 2 chili cheese pups. How does that even compare?
