Sad plain boring spaghetti. If you make a tofu-carbonara, which can work, you need to measure the amount of smoked tofu to add by taste, not by the same volume as you would have with bacon. Tofu is not as strong tasting, so if you add as little tofu as in this picture, it serves people a very boring pasta. Also very slow service.
