The staff behind Chapeau for the flavors you know how to create. And at the end I could thank the Chef for the tasty palette. This is our first time in this restaurant, with a new menu starting today. This restaurant distinguishes itself from others by offering table preparation with some of their dishes. As an aperitif, in addition to the ebirico ham, we had a delicious oyster with a red, mildly spicy sauce to eat with your fingers. As a starter I chose the sunny sardines with orange sauce and carrots in different ways that take you to a sunny hill in an orange fields of Spain. Fish of the day took you on a warm, full, sultry journey through countries where flavors are full and you are surrounded by flavors that put you in touch with the Mediterranean. Don't choose the wine yourself, the knowledge of wine is high here. And from my wife I have to add that the music is good low key covers of the songs we all know Okay then the cheeses, man man man. The compote that is served with it is to die for and the cheeses come from heaven. We ended this with a delicious smoked vanilla ice cream served on a chocolate mouse that will delight you. In short, if you like new flavors combined with delicious wines from all over the world, this is the place to experience it. We will definitely come back again. When are you going to watch? I would like to mention that there is a very nice vibe in the restaurant between the serving and preparation staff.
