An order with 2 children's menus and 2 adult pizzas, a call placed at 8 p.m., delivery scheduled for 9-9:30 p.m., that's already a long time. I called back at 10 p.m. the order was only leaving... delivery at 10:20 p.m. With young children who are hungry and who have already gone to bed at that time! I almost called back to cancel the order. It’s unacceptable to be delivered this late with children’s menus!!!!! Target your delivery orders with children's menus! Plus I didn't get much in terms of commercial gesture, just a discounted children's menu. Only 4 menus! I will think about recommending to them if this is not taken into account!!!!!
