Seemed understaffed but the workers there were doing there best. Food was cold and not good, even the shake tasted off! Felt sick halfway through eating. I am very surprised I didn't get food poisoning! View all feedback.

Steak n Shake drive thru service was incredibly fast. Love the happy hour on the Shakes too.

I'll admit when I tried it the first day, opening day, I hated it. But now I know that it was likely due to Tue many people who were there because we have such limited choices here in Kentucky. This past week, I have had STEAK N SHAKE 4 times! Its AMAZING!!! I would give them 100 stars if capable!
Burgers and onion rings had good flavor but way too greasy.
