Yogurtland - Hayward

I have visited this restaurant twice now and both times the service was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. We were able to be in and out in no time. Their coconut custard frozen yogurt is delicious, as well as their plain tart option. The Pure Vanilla flavor is okay, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the watermelon sorbet was. Some flavors are not that great, but overall they keep it interesting and fresh. However, during my visit on October 24, 2018, the owner gave off a strange vibe when we asked him some questions and was not very honest. I was quite disappointed by this experience. This store is smaller and has fewer options compared to other Yogurtland locations. The choices during my most recent visit were not as good as previous trips, which was disappointing.

I really like how clean the restaurant is inside. It is more efficient when at least 2 people are working, with one helping to monitor guests as they enter to ensure they sanitize their hands and keep the machines wiped down to prevent the spread of germs. The yogurt is always refreshing and satisfying, with fresh toppings and no insects flying around. I appreciate the great customer service from the girls as well. The only issue I had was the overcrowding inside the restaurant, as some people seemed like they should have waited outside. But overall, it's a cool spot to enjoy a yummy treat.

I really enjoyed the Apricot Mango Tart with Strawberry yogurt, Lychee, cherries, almonds, and coconut. The Vanilla ice cream with bananas, cherries, Oreo cookie, peanut M&M's, Ghiradelli chocolate sauce, and peanuts was also delicious. I think they should consider adding marshmallows or marshmallow sauce to their menu. The total cost for both items was $11. I love this place!
