When I came back, the worker mentioned that he had actually located some in the back. However, I noticed a whole box of ketchup just behind him. When I pointed it out, he explained that he hadn't given it to me because my friend had already gone to get some.

I thought I had upgraded my drink to the 32 oz size, but the employee informed me that I hadn't, which was fine. I apologized for the misunderstanding, but he reacted with a bad attitude as if I were upset. Then, I asked if I could get a small container of extra Original Hot sauce. He misunderstood and thought I wanted the sauce on the side, so he pulled up the receipt again. I explained that I had indeed ordered Original Hot on my wings and just wanted a bit more in a container. He then asked if I wanted it on the wings instead, and I agreed. When he brought me my box of wings, it was closed, and he had a smirk on his face, but I tried to ignore it. Once I got home to enjoy what I thought would be my favorite wings, I found them drenched in a pool of sauce. That explained the smile on his face. Honestly, the wings didn’t taste like Original Hot at all; they were significantly hotter, leading me to believe they had used their spiciest sauce. This made them harder to enjoy. I won't be returning to this location unless the staff changes.

The guy at the counter got my order wrong, even after I explained it to him multiple times. He just said “my bad” because he didn’t read the full receipt. I ended up waiting almost another hour for one chicken sandwich. Another customer got upset and asked for extra ranch, which the cashier gave her without issue. But when I asked, the guy said he had to charge me—seems like he was picking and choosing. The cashier was a young Mexican man.
