Woah!! If you're thinking about stopping in here for a treat..do it!!! You will not regret! We split a scoop of blueberry pie and co-ca-to, both delish very generous portions!

I have been coming here since I have been in second grade. I'am 53 years old now and I can tell you this is STILL the best place in town to have some ice cream! It is not overly sweet and loaded with sugar. Very creamy and delicious. Plus real dairy products...no fake stuff here. Great service, great staff, great atmosphere and of course....great ice cream!!

The days of stopping here on our way to the cabin for cones and a couple of pints are long gone. The Fitzgerald’s have taken a tasty, reliable recipe and ruined it. It tastes like they had it professionally mixed at a blue bunny factory—pure white ice cream instead of the cream colored from years past. The amount of added ingredients is definitely lacking as well and flavor has followed suit. It seems as though the new owners thought the location and name were the main attraction or, perhaps, they don’t have the tastebuds for the former product. West’s used to be synonymous with quality. All we can hope is they change back or new game in town opens with the “old school” recipe. 1 star for atmosphere, employees, and distant memories of the formerly best ice cream in Wisconsin.

I ordered a sundae and asked for the usual Sundae toppings and the manager or whoever the person taking my order was, said that he wouldn't be able to do all the toppings and looked at me like I was crazy. The kid taking my order was nice but it's expensive and you don't get a whole lot for your money.
