Great place to go on a hot day! Ice Cream was fantastic as well as customer service. Chase and Emily were very friendly and accommodating to make sure that my ice was everything I hoped and dreamed! Couldn't recommend it anymore!

We love West's. A must visit in Hayward. They don't skimp on the scoop sizes. Tons of flavors
Very good ice cream and sorbet. Friendly and helpful staff. I took my 4 young children in and the ice cream server made each of their cones appropriate to the child's size. The 2 year old had the smallest and the 6 year old the largest. Not by a lot, but enough that I knew he was paying attention. It was perfect. Will definitely return.
