Nice place to hang out and enjoy a great cup of coffee service is always awesome ?

Strong BO smell. Line starts from one direction but no signage to indicate so and the entrance leading to that side of the register is locked. Probably won’t come to this location again unless absolutely necessary.

Peet's has great coffee! They roast their own beans and deliver freshly roasted beans to each location several times each week. A complimentary coffee is provided with each bean purchase of half pound or more.The store has a variety of coffee brewing devices, accessories, cups, and so forth. There is ample inside seating available, and outside benches and planters provide suitable outdoor seating on nice days.Parking: Literally hundreds of spots available in the adjacent parking lot and free public garage half block down Mission St.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking available in the adjacent parking lot. First floor level access, although automatically operated doors are lacking.

Very dirty inside and out. Human feces just out side the entrance. Person that helped us wasn't friendly at all. I'm a fan of the coffee but they haven't seem to always get it right with

Even at peak hours this Peete's is not super busy. Possibly because The location is a little tricky to get to. My espresso drink was good, but was not particularly hot, which was a bit disappointing since I was hoping it would still be hot by the time I got to work. At the end of the day, I got my caffeine, and that's what really matters.
