What User likes about Panda Express:
The portions are good for CSUEB students since everything up here in Hayward costs an arm and a leg.. $7.50 for 2 entrees and grains like rice and/or noodles. Enough food to fill you for lunch and potentially dinner. Should probably bring your own drink or water though. One complaint though, my first fortune cookie from here had nothing in it. Talk about misfortune. View all feedback.
