What Stacy Sam Lenae doesn't like about Northwoods Burgers And Fries:
This place normally hits the burgers and service out of the park. One of the only places I can go for gluten free burger with a gluten free bun and a tremendous salad in place of friea.Tonight, I drove 20 mins to town to order and take home. I confirmed my order twice at the register and still got home with the wrong food that I paid well for and with a good tip. I have tried to call three times and the phone is off... View all feedback.

This place no longer exists. We were excited because it was listed as being open until 11pm, and it was after 9pm when we arrived in the Hayward area, so every other place was closed, or no longer serving food. We placed an online order, and arrived there 10 minutes later, but couldn 't find it. At the address listed, there was only a restaurant called La Cantina , which was closed, with all the lights out and nobody inside. We called Menufy, which runs the online ordering system, and were told that my card had been charged and my order had been sent. We settled on having snacks for dinner that evening. The next day, I received a call from La Cantina, stating that they had received my order and were ready to make it. At that point we were 40 miles away and not interested. It turned out that the Little Northwoods Restaurant was bought out and changed its name to La Cantina several weeks ago. They reduced the hours. However, the website, hours, and Google Maps info have not been updated. I eventually received a refund on my card, but this review is to prevent others from experiencing the same problem.

Tonight, I drove 20 mins to town to order and take home. I confirmed my order twice at the register and still got home with the wrong food that I paid well for and with a good tip. I have tried to call three times and the phone is off the hook. I cannot go back to town tonight but I'm a little disheartened that I spent that much money and got home to food I couldn't eat (aka croutons on a salad they assured me wouldn't have croutons). Lesson learned to always check my order even when it's busy and I've been assured they got it right.
