Mcdonald's - Hayward

I was missing two meals from my order and had to walk to the drive-thru window to retrieve them.

I waited for curbside pickup for 10 minutes. Despite there being only one car in the drive-thru, I decided to drive around and ask the lady at the window what was taking so long. She replied, "We already brought it out." There were no apologies or explanations given.

This McDonald's does not reward veterans.went there for my free veterans day combination meal and they said we don't have no programs for veterans. We are not giving veterans nothing free.seems like everybody but McDonald's are honoring veterans.

The food I ordered was served hot and correct, but they did not apply my rewards points to the order, so I had to have them correct the total. Additionally, they did not inform us that they were out of Halloween buckets for the Happy Meals. We used the drive-thru for our order.

First things first. Failed to follow simple orders. Couldn 't even give a second bag that we asked for. Messed up on my sisters Spicy chicken sandwich. Then when we took it back all they did was put mayonnaise on it, and told my sister that we 're the oneswho messed up on the order. When the cashier even told her that it was meant to be spicy. Took so long to fix our order, ourfries were cold and soggy and the ice in our drinks were melted by the time we left. Horrible costumer service, will not bereturning.
