The only reason I cannot give this place a 5-star rating is because of one employee. I observed this girl treating a customer poorly, and it was enough to make me never want to return. Her name is CHELSEA, and if she continues to behave this way, she will drive customers away. It is her responsibility to be friendly and welcoming to all customers, regardless of her personal feelings. This customer was polite, and she was incredibly rude. The rest of the staff is fantastic, and the food and atmosphere are great. However, customer service skills are crucial in this industry. I am updating my review because the owner responded gracefully to my complaint. I will now give this place the 5-star rating it deserves.
