Tried to order a cold press with no ice, Carmel flavor and a little room for cream and it was like it through the whole place upside down. The cashier was trying to figure out what I meant and another worker came over to help and was very rude towards me when I tried to make it easier for her to understand by saying “basically I’ll take black cold press with no ice, and I’ll add my own cream”. Then looking at the screen they asked my bf if he wanted cream in his cold pressure and they did cold foam which added another 1.50 to the coffee., then they were out of the flavor I wanted anyways, and the baristas had no idea how to make either of our drinks. Once we got the coffee I thought it was okay, slightly bitter for it being a cold press. Needless to say, the place is over rated..
