Subway - Haysi

Asked for a wrap, and even clarified I wanted a wrap, but the girl proceeded to put it on flat bread. She then hid her mistake behind the meat slicer, reaching over for the veggies so I could not see the flat bread instead of the wrap. I picked up on it, because it’s weird to make my sandwich where u cannot see it. So I looked behind the meat grinder, and there was my order, wrong, but I’m not a person to complain really, so I just let it happen since she already had the stuff on it. There was also no lettuce on it when I asked for a lot. She even wrapped it behind the meat grinder. I don’t mind mistakes at all, but when you try to hide it, when I’m PAYING for it, that’s where I have a problem. Also, looked at the meatballs, they’re from WEDNESDAY morning. And it’s late Saturday night. Probably not going to this subway again unless certain people are working.

Food was subpar only positive was the young fella who worked there was very nice and kind he was helpful and respectful to us elders truly this young man deserves a pay raise

I cant have much red meat (due to my blood pressure), and the worker specifically refused my request for less meat with a snarl. TWICE. At that, she even added more meat after I asked her to remove some. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Food is fine but I don't like is the fact that the men are wearing lip gloss and eyeliner not the kind of person I don't like fixing my food.... Call me Old fashioned

Have ate there numerous times and last night was by far the worst experience I have encountered at any subway.
