An assortment of sweets drinks and yes, even stationery! The Matcha Frappe being the most popular of drinks with its army/electric green sweet yet not too bitter taste is a delicious refreshing choice in Chinatown. A good place to catch up with friends or colleagues for a coffee or sweet treat. View all feedback.
What Norberto Koepp doesn't like about My Sweet Memory:
I've been to the one in the CBD, this was my first time at the chinatown. The place is very cosy, smaller than the one in CBD, but very cute and quaint; decorated very homely-esque. The service was fairly quick. I had the raspberry mousse and iced coffee. Both were decent, the mousse was the standout...very light and fluffy and very clearly, fresh. Would probably come here again if I wanted a quick cake bite! View all feedback.
I prefer this MSM store over the townhall only because of the quiet atmosphere. ordered green tee latte (buy 1, get 1 free) and loved the taste of it. but it wasn't even hot, though I told the staff please make it extra hot outhand saw various cake designs here and hoped they would taste better. the black forrest and the chocolate cheese cake had the look, but they tasted like sticky mousse. Really, I think msm should concentrate the cake menu on the sale of drinks or change their sweet chef/supplier. How could you calculate $8 for this? I'm ready to pay some extra bucks instead of koi.
The service was not so good. the cake we got was dry and didn't taste good. the coffee was too sweet for my pleasure. not back. there are better places to try in chinatown.
The workers smiled and fast to take my order. we ordered the baked cheesecake, flat white and matcha milk. cheesecake is to die, one of the best baked cheesecakes I had in one. coffee and matcha milk was okay.
A short dessertstop before our show in the capitol theatre. it was quite quiet when we came in so that no problems with the timing of the cake and drink I had their red velvet and my friend ordered the choc pistachio disc that they enjoyed when it was not too sweet. I really prefer her. I had a pfefferminztee with my cake and my friend seemed to enjoy her latte.
Probably one of the cutest chains of cafes in Sydney- My sweet memory offer solace and a welcoming environment, away from he busy city streets. They have a more wider selection of cold drinks and frappes, in comparison to other cafes in the city. The iced monkey tastes and sounds quirky!
