Canadian Charcoal Pit

Ordered on 12/10/15, food arrived over 2 hours after order placed. Owner/Manager advised the delay was due to issues with his delivery driver. We were offered a free meal the next time we ordered; as an apology from the owner. The food we received was cold, bland and not as ordered. But, you know, it was over 2 hours so we ate it all up. Which brings us to today, 17/11/15, when we decide to call in our free meal. The owner tells us the free meal has already been used ? and was delivered to a different address ?! . He then became excessively aggressive and rude including swearing it us. Let me make it clear people. The food from here is nothing to write home about, even if you are very hungry, so don't let the price fool you into thinking you are getting a good deal. The service displayed by the owner is utterly atrocious. I would definitely say he is in the wrong line of work. I feel sorry for his poor daughter who sometimes has to answer the phone, and to the delivery drivers who no doubt feel the brunt of customers anger. DO NOT order from here.. save yourself the ordeal.
