Okay so the food was decent, fast, but obviously no fresh eggs or veggies. Sandwiches are amazing, club, breakfast, bagal, but burritos so far are eww. Also made scary fast so chef Mike might have a hand in their food (microwave). Great amazing wonderful employees there! Couldn't be happier with the service I received. View all feedback.

To the girl who worked at the food station at 10:08, June 14 2022. This girl threw our food around and gave us a wrong order. I order Broccoli soup, but she gave me a potato soup. Girls, you better check them out. I covered my soup with soup. There was still a boldness to give me a bag. Take me 4 inches instead of 6 inches. The service was terrible and unorganized. I have disappointed with the customer service in this place. I ordered her chicken salad on salad at my lunch break. I noticed there was no chicken salad with my salad. So, I called and was questioned by who answered the phone that there was any on my salad. But I got them back, there were none. I was charged. It's not a cheap salad. They told me I had to bring the salad back in so they could kill him. I'm on lunch and I can't. They said they'd call the manager and hang on me. I never asked about the manager. I never asked for anything. I just wanted them to be aware that they were not diligent with their work. I don't appreciate being charged for something and not getting it and then being suspended.
I ordered breakfast and coffee for my family this morning, which is a little routine on my day. My husband picked it up. On the way with our coffees and food the beverage carrier broke because it was wet. My coffees were all in the foyer. He went to put the food in the car and told the lady behind the checkout that he dropped a coffee in the foyer, she rolled her eyes on him and was upset about the problem. Let's be honest, it wasn't useful. And getting this kind of treatment from a person in customer service is completely unacceptable.
This place is quite down. Please clean your toilets deeply. The amount of dead bugs in the ceiling and dust and brown Grimm built on the walls. Soap was out and not hot water.
I was very disappointed in the service and quality of sub. I have been to the location in Hampton and the experience was a world of difference. I ordered a club sub and the crew who was making my sub were ill prepared and no real understanding of what makes a good sub, and I was charged (11.36. chips regular sub, ridiculous!!! ? This was my second time since they opened last week and last! Save your money, and make a sub at home.
