got there bacon cheese burger. was not edible. over cooked , dry. what meat there was was tough. gave it back, got my money back. they were nice about it.though. was at lunch time also. sad to serve food like that. as with alot of fast food places. they appear. understaff.and or poor morale . sad times. changed so much. The fried chicken and biscuits are your best service. I know the fried chicken was a big seller yet you stopped offering chicken on your menu. As a result I had to order a burger only for it to be cold and hard even the cheese never melted. I will NOT eat at Hardee’s again. View all feedback.
Hardee's restaurants are not all the same! This one is a good one. The one in Mathews Co is not.

3rd time in a week that they have no chicken ready and want you to wait 20 mins. It was around 530pm prime dinner time and no chicken prepared very poor staff
