Not sure what went on in the kitchen today, but the food wasn't as good as it usually is. Husband and son have a burger that was dry. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were boiled over the egg yolk were creamy. The service was pretty good. waitress was very attentive and drinks were never empty View all feedback.
This is our family's go-to spot for breakfast and brunch. Every Saturday, we make it a point to stop by and enjoy the delicious food. The staff is incredible—always friendly and attentive. Woody, the owner, warmly welcomes everyone who walks through the door, creating a friendly atmosphere. Our server, Dolly, genuinely brightens our children's day and consistently ensures that we have everything we need. The entire team is fantastic; they remember our orders and preferences every time we visit! Do yourself a favor and check out Rustler's Roost—it's the best in hometown, home-style dining.
I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen today, but the food wasn't up to its usual standard. My husband and son ordered burgers, which turned out to be quite dry. I went for the Eggs Benedict; unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked, though the yolks were still creamy. On a positive note, the service was quite good. Our waitress was very attentive, and our drinks were always filled.
This is a fantastic little diner! The prices for mimosas are excellent, and they come served in a delightful little boat.
On Sunday at this place with my friend and just had the best time! We had a little waiting time, but while we waited, they offered us coffee, tea and other drinks. It hardly felt to wait! Your menu is filled to the edge with super delicious options. I got the eggs Benedict and they were brilliant. My friend got the country fried steak and biscuit and Gravy and WOW that Gravy was great. Her food is really good, and her decoration was also really good. It felt like an old western hotel or saloon and was just super sweet. The best part of our meal was the GIANT cinnamon roll we shared with the table. I can't wait to go back.
We used to love this place. Think we just came on an off day. Waited for over 40 mins to be seated and then went up to Woody to find my name had been crossed off with no one calling us. Woody was awesome, apologized for the mistake and seated us immediately. We then were seated for 15 minutes before we even got the waitress to ask us if we wanted a drink or anything however she did come take the coffee cup without saying a word within 5 minutes of us sitting down. We watched as they pushed two tables together for a larger party. Their server came over and took care of them right away. They were eating well before we even got our breakfast. At least the waitress brought our check to us before we were ever close to done with meal so that was taken care of really fast. : A little uncomfortable when the waitress is great at taking your money but not much else....
