The dining experience at this establishment is a complex tapestry of contrasting impressions. Patrons have reported significant inconsistencies in service and order accuracy, often leaving them disappointed. Some have encountered peculiar restrictions on menu items, leading to frustration rather than satisfaction. However, others have praised certain offerings, like the onion soup and walnut apple chicken salad, highlighting the quality of baked goods and the restaurant's unique atmosphere. Despite a few standout dishes and friendly staff, the overall sentiment leans toward dissatisfaction, with many choosing not to return after subpar experiences. A visit may yield unpredictable results.

What Catherine Graham dislikes about Panera Bread:
I ordered a 16oz smoothie but received a 12oz instead. I asked for a half Caesar salad and ended up with a whole one. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning. View all feedback.

The experience was wonderful, but I was disappointed to find that many of their menu items were unavailable on Saturday at noon.

The sandwich was good with great flavor. I found the price to be too high. My wife and I each bought a sandwich and a soft drink. Total cost, with tip was nearly $40. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
