Noodle Express - Hayden

I don't want to be too mean because there were just teens working there when I got there, but I ordered two meals and both were incorrect. I drove all the way home before I found out of course. Chicken teriyaki with no teriyaki sauce, no sauce period, and Osaka with rice instead of noodles when I explicitly ordered noodles to be substituted. I wish I had more hands to give this experience 4 thumbs down. Maybe next time.

Picked up a takeout order and they had it sitting on the floor. Yes, I said floor. While it was in a plastic bag I don't want my food sitting on the floor. Keep it on the shelf at the kitchen to keep warm and keep bugs out of the bag. NOT professional and probably against the health code.

Young girl at the front who took my order wasn 't friendly. Asked for extra Osaka sauce and never received it. Food sat in the ready window for almost 10 mins before one of the cooks walked around and finally gave it to me. She didn 't seem to interested to be there, that 's for sure. The tip was definitely for the cooks, not the service. Food was great and the atmosphere was great.

Just perfect for me as a quick stop between running errands. The people are very kind there.

Have tried to call in multiple times in the last few weeks. Twice put on hold for 15 minutes and walked in the door (while being on hold) to find it slow and no one at the front. Twice in a row just hung up on. Not cool
