Food is okay, service was below average: server mistakenly gave my food to someone else and then argued with me when I asked for my order when the told me I already picked it up I show them my claim ticket and they relented View all feedback.
Started going bvb because the chicken was so good, last 3 or 4 trips dried out chicken. $35 for the 2 of us, pretty disappointingFood: 2/5

I've ordered from here a few times and every time I've ordered chicken katsu, the chicken is gray/ brown or even clear in some areas. Soaked with way too much oil and overcooked time and a time and again. Using poor quality meat, not a chicken breast. I choked down a spicy tuna roll to find the cucumber at the bottom discolored and sour, pictures were submitted.
The customer service is wonderful and the Thai pasta salad is goodI get it every week.Food: 5/5
Service and atmosphere is good. Food is just ok. It will do when you're at work and need something quick and close by to eat . Otherwise I go elsewhere.Food: 3/5
