Mom's Diner - HAWLEY

Finding it was a bit tricky due to the blinding morning sun obscuring the sign, but I managed to park and walked inside to find a seat. The fact that it's a non-smoking establishment was a plus. A friendly waitress promptly took my drink order and handed me a menu. She quickly brought over water and coffee, then took my order for a Spanish omelet. Throughout my wait, she consistently refilled my coffee cup. When my omelet arrived, it looked delicious and tasted even better—with fresh eggs, chili, and just the right touch of jalapeños. I was very satisfied not only with the meal but also with the warm, attentive service. I regret not asking the waitress's name; she was fantastic. My friends and I returned on Friday and Saturday for breakfast, and we enjoyed the same excellent food and service from the same waitress. Hawley is fortunate to have such two wonderful restaurants!

This charming little spot is a must-visit! The hamburgers and fries are fantastic, but don't miss out on breakfast – it's truly worth it! The atmosphere is delightful, the service is excellent, and the conversations are lively. You won't be disappointed!
