This busy, small Dunkin' is a dependable pit stop for strong coffee and cold brew, with accurate orders, quick service, and clean restrooms. Staff are often friendly and helpful, but service can slow in bad weather and a few interactions have been rude. Pastry quality is hit-or-miss—reports of stale, underbaked, overbaked, and even a contaminated item undermine confidence. A long‑standing broken drive‑thru/outdoor speaker complicates car orders. Overall: great for fast caffeine runs, but bring patience (and maybe skip fragile bakery items).

Worst service. Attitudes for no reason.
We bought two dozen donuts last fall in 2023. When we got home, the kids had one each, and the next morning they each had two more. Piper then pointed out a donut that had bite marks on it and asked me about it. I was shocked when I looked closely and realized they had given us a half-eaten donut in the box. I couldn't believe it! I told my husband about the experience, and we both agreed that we would never return to that place again. It's really disappointing how they treated their customers. Buyer beware!
Awful place . Bought 3 bagels, one was hard as a rock , the other two were not fully baked .Went back to get a refund , customer service was appalling . Rude and unprofessional staff , confrontational and insulting .Never going back .

This gets more ridiculous every morning. The croissant always has rock hard pieces that I have to pull off as well as black ends but today they also burned the cheese to a crisp. They saw this and still sent it out. Just pure laziness.
