My wife and I went to the restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, the food was cold, the fries had been recooked, and the burgers were very poorly made. When I went back to the counter to address the issue, I was told that the food was warm enough. We used to enjoy Burger King, but this time the staff was very rude. We will not be returning. The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, but the food quality is lacking.

Food has been fresh and mostly all the people are nice to my dog ? too.Parking: Burger King Hawkesbury Ontario ...Diagonal Parking ...good to get in and out the spot. Better than parking straightWheelchair accessibility: Ramps and push button door. Roomy for wheelchair too.
