Wensleydale Creamery - Hawes

Wow, it was fantastic six years ago, but the tasting area and shop have really expanded! I enjoyed a delicious lunch and had a wonderful afternoon shopping!

Open 10am-3pm at £4.45 for adults, no need to book, plentiful free parking. Payment gains admittance to a cheese making demonstration and history museum, and an activities room and viewing window housed in a separate building. We enjoyed learning the history of cheese in general and of Wensleydale cheese in particular. Great value for money.

Full of such large eating scenes massive with cream, butter and jam. oh the cheese tasting mmmmm charming spent almost a hundred pounds between the shopping list that I had from the crown at lofthouse my daughter and I had hot chili cheese, ananas wensleydale, caramelized wobbles, aprikosenkäse, the list is worth endless the ride xxx

We always make a way to hawes so we can repair our cheese. love most of the cheese, but our favorites are tweebel and choked and blue wensleydale. the blue as a supple taste and is not as strong as stelton (which I don't like.) there is a very well-stocked shop they were almost everything made in yorkshire, from tee bags to be to buy. there is a very nice caffe that only dinge that are produced locally, server. so it is not just a factory to be a place where they can spend time and cost you a good one.
